- Async by default. We respect deep-work blocks and don't expect instant Slack replies.
- Ownership. Small team, large surface area — you'll touch product, customer support, and operations.
- Ship weekly. Small, measurable improvements over big-bang releases.

We don't currently have public job listings, but we're always interested in hearing from talented people in:
- Customer support (English + Arabic / French a plus)
- Backend engineering (Laravel, PHP)
- Frontend / UX engineering (Tailwind, Alpine.js, vanilla JS)
- Marketing & content (SEO, copywriting, social)

Our hiring process
- Quick intro. A 20-min call to talk about what you're looking for.
- Paid trial task. A small, scoped piece of real work — usually 4–8 hours, paid at market rate.
- Final chat. Meet the team, ask questions, decide together if it's a fit.
