We want every customer to be happy with their purchase. Because we sell digital goods that deliver instantly, this policy explains when a refund or replacement is available and how to request one.
1. When refunds apply
You're entitled to a full refund or replacement in the following cases:
- Product not delivered. If your order is paid but no key, account, or download link arrived within 24 hours, contact us — we'll deliver or refund.
- Invalid or already-used credentials. If a license key or account doesn't activate or is reported as already redeemed, we'll replace it. If we can't replace it within 7 days, we refund.
- Significantly different from description. If the product page describes features that aren't actually included, we refund in full.
- Duplicate charge. If you were billed twice for the same order, the duplicate charge is refunded automatically.
2. When refunds do NOT apply
- Buyer's remorse. Once a digital product has been delivered and the credentials have been used, refunds aren't available — you have access to the goods you paid for.
- Compatibility issues you didn't check. Software requirements (OS, region restrictions, hardware specs) are listed on the product page. Please verify before buying.
- Customer-caused account issues. If a streaming subscription is suspended because the account was shared with too many devices or used in violation of the provider's terms, replacements aren't available.
- Fraudulent claims. Refund requests submitted in bad faith — e.g. claiming non-delivery for an order whose key was activated — are refused and may result in account suspension.
3. How to request a refund or replacement
- Sign in to your account dashboard.
- Open a support ticket with your order number and a clear description of the issue.
- Include any error messages, screenshots, or details that help us diagnose quickly.
- We'll respond within 24 hours and resolve within 7 business days for most cases.
4. Refund timeline
Once a refund is approved:
- Card payments (Stripe / PayPal): 3–10 business days back to your original payment method.
- Crypto payments: Refunded in the same currency to a wallet address you provide. Allow 1–3 business days.
- Bank transfer: Refunded to the originating account within 5 business days of confirmation.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be resolved through a support ticket far faster than a chargeback dispute. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
