- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues — in which case the full amount is refunded.
- Software keys, accounts, and subscriptions are licensed by the original publisher; your use is subject to that publisher's end-user license agreement.
4. Delivery
Most products are delivered automatically by email and via your account dashboard within minutes of payment. If a product is marked "delayed delivery" on the product page, you'll receive it manually after we verify the order — usually within a few hours during business days.
5. Refunds and replacements
Our refund policy is detailed on the Refund Policy page. By making a purchase you agree to the terms set out there.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Resell, sub-license, or share digital goods purchased here in a way that violates the underlying publisher's terms.
- Use the Site to commit fraud, launder money, or violate any applicable law.
- Attempt to bypass our security, scrape products, or interfere with other users' accounts.
- Submit fraudulent chargebacks or refund claims.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending orders.
7. Intellectual property

8. Disclaimers

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Digistorax is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved through good-faith discussion first; if unresolved, in the courts of that jurisdiction.
